Location and Accessibility

1How far is the apartment from local attractions?

We are located at a walking distance from most of Ladis’ iconic sites; about 5 minutes’ walk to Burg Laudegg (Laudegg Castle) and the beautiful lake, 10 minutes’ walk to Sonnenbahn Ladis-Fiss cable car station, and only 1 minute to the bus stop, frequent, free-of-charge buses take to/from tourist hotspots across Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, as well as Landeck-Zams train station. Local supermarket and ATM are also about 2-3 minutes’ walk along with several restaurant options.

Cancellation and Payment

1What is your cancellation policy?

 We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully to ensure a smooth booking process:

Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 9 days before check-in.

Partial Refunds

For cancellations made less than 9 days but more than 48 hours before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

If guests fail to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, no refunds will be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies or travel restrictions), we may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
